Welcome to Gatwick Park & Save! By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to read them, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when using our parking services.

1. Booking and Payment
When you make a booking, you’ll need to provide accurate information, including your contact details, vehicle registration number, and parking dates. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers. Prices are subject to change, but once you’ve booked, the price you’ve paid is guaranteed.

2. Cancellations and Amendments
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival for a full refund. After this time, no refund will be issued. To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us directly via email or phone. If you do not show up on the day of your booking, your payment will not be refunded.

3. Arrival and Parking
Please ensure you arrive at the parking facility on time. For Meet & Greet, your valet will meet you at the specified terminal. For Park & Ride, please follow the instructions to the parking lot, where a shuttle bus will transport you to the terminal. If you arrive earlier or later than your booked time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that additional charges may apply depending on availability.

4. Liability and Responsibility
Gatwick Park & Save is not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked with us, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.
It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is locked, secure, and free of valuables before leaving it with us. We are not responsible for any items left inside your vehicle. Gatwick Park & Save will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or airline delays.

5. Security and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal details and payment information are securely processed and stored according to our Privacy Policy. Our parking facilities are monitored for security, but we cannot guarantee the safety of your vehicle beyond our reasonable control.

6. Vehicle Requirements
Only standard cars and vehicles are accepted. If you are traveling with a non-standard vehicle (e.g., oversized cars, vans, or trailers), please contact us in advance to confirm availability. You must provide the correct vehicle registration details when booking. If the details change, please inform us in advance.

7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other events that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Gatwick Park & Save reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you accept those changes.
